I purchased a 3-story townhouse that required a lot of work. Ralph came by, provided reasonable quotes and began the work shortly. The work required refinishing the hardwood floors, replacing all the floor tiles with new porcelain tiles, new staircases, bathrooms, repainting the entire house and other tasks. When the work was completed, I was amazed by the transformation and the quality of work. The end result was exactly how I envisioned the house to be and the quote provided was the final price. We've been extremely lucky to have found a general contractor like Ralph. In June we renovated our main floor, and we hired him to handle demolition, installation of new flooring + staircase refinishing including new handrail/pickets. Ralph is very professional, always available for questions, concerns, suggestions. The work was done on time and his crew is reliable. We are incredibly happy with the results and from now on Focus on Flooring is our go-to contractor. We will reach out to Ralph for flooring installation on the second floor this fall. Ralph and his crew saved my stairs. Another contractor had completely butchered the stairs remodeling job because of their inexperience. When Ralph came in he was able to identify all the issues and start right away to restore my stairs. His workers had excellent work ethics and most importantly their workmanship was excellent (as the pictures show). Ralph and his team did an extraordinary job replacing my floor, with new laminate flooring in my condo unit. They were extremely thorough and all details were nicely completed.
